What happens if my shipping address is incorrect?
Please double check your shipping address before you complete your order. If you happened to submit the wrong shipping address, please contact me ASAP.
If the order has not shipped, then I will be able to update it, but once the order has shipped, I cannot fix nor refund you for your order.

If the package is returned to me, please be advised, that I will charge you for an additional re-shipping fee. This is due to the fact that all shipping prices are populated by USPS, and I cannot control what happens to the package once it leaves my possession.
When will I get my slime?
Orders are process within 4-5 business days. Once the orders are processed, shipping time will depend on USPS. Please check your e-mail for tracking information.
What if my package was lost or stolen?
Please contact the shipping provider (USPS) for more information. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the slimes leave our facility.
Can I cancel my order or receive a refund?
Cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. Please contact us immediately HERE.

Since all products are handmade, we do not offer refunds.
